1. What is MySAFRA?
   
  MySAFRA is a new system launched by SAFRA to provide members with a single sign-in to access all available SAFRA services online for added convenience.
 
 
2. Is there any difference between MySAFRA and SAFRA Online?
   
  Yes.
 
 
3. If I am already a SAFRA Online member, do I need to register again for a MySAFRA Account?
   
  If you are already a SAFRA Online member, you need not to register for a MySAFRA Account again. You may use your existing SAFRA Online login to access your MySAFRA Account.
 
 
4. What are the benefits of having a MySAFRA Account?
   
  MySAFRA offers you the added convenience of accessing all the online services that SAFRA offers with one single log in. You will be able to update your profile, change your account settings and more via MySAFRA.
 
 
5. I forgot my password for my SAFRA Online/MySAFRA Account. How can I retrieve it?
   
  To retrieve your password, simply click on the "Forgot your Password" link found on the login page. Enter your Login ID and registered email address for your password to be sent to you via email.
 
 
6. How do I change my email/SMS preferences?
   
  To change your email/SMS preferences, you will need to first log into your MySAFRA account. After you have logged in, click on "Newsletters Subscription Management" to make changes to your email and/or SMS preferences. Click on "Submit" when you are done with the changes to save your updates.
 
 
7. How do I update my profile/account settings?
   
 
If you are a Member
You can change your account settings by logging into your MySAFRA account and clicking on the "My Account Settings" hyperlink found on the top right corner of the page. On this page, you will be able to:

  1. Access SAFRA Online
  2. Update Personal Particulars
  3. Change Password
  4. View My Transactions
If you are a Guest
You can change your account settings by logging into your MySAFRA account and clicking on the "My Account Settings" hyperlink found on the top right corner of the page. On this page, you will be able to:

  1. Update Login Information
  2. Change Personal Particulars
 
8. How can I unsubscribe from a mailing list?
   
  You can unsubscribe from a mailing list via any of the following:

  1. Click on the Unsubscribe link found at the foot of any SAFRA e-Newsletter.
  2. Change you email settings via MySAFRA. Please refer to FAQ 6 for details on how to change your email settings.
  3. Approach any of the friendly counter staff at any of our SAFRA outlets for assistance.
 
9. Can I change my Login?
   
  Yes, you can change your login. Simply access your Account Settings via your MySAFRA account to update your login information. For details on how to access and/or change your Account Settings, please refer to FAQ 7.
 
 
10. Why do I need a MySAFRA account?
   
  MySAFRA account is required for you to login to transact via SAFRA online eg. subscribe for newsletters. A password of between 8 to 15 characters is required.
 
 
11. What are SAFRA Email Newsletters?
   
  SAFRA Newsletters bring you information on SAFRA's activities/events/promotions and more to your email or mobile phone. This service is provided to you at no cost when you subscribe to these updates.
 
 
12. I'm not receiving any Newsletters. What's wrong?
   
  There are several reasons why you may not be receiving any newsletters:
  1. Your email address may not be updated. We may be sending it to your old email address.
  2. We are having difficulties sending email to your email address. If we are not able to deliver your email messages to the address you've provided, we will automatically suspend the newsletters going to that address.
  3. You may not have selected the approrpriate newsletter(s)
  4. You have yet to confirm your 'MySAFRA ID' sign up with SAFRA.
 
 
13. Common email delivery problems
   
  Sometimes email messages are not successfully delivered, which results in the email being returned to SAFRA. This is called an email "bounceback." If messages sent to a particular email address repeatedly bounces back, we will automatically suspend all newsletters going to that address.

Normally Emails "bounceback" when the address is not valid. To confirm your email address, please go to the "MySAFRA Sign Up" section and make the appropriate changes.
 
 
14. How do I change my email addresses?
   
  You will have to sign-in first at "MySAFRA" section, then change your email address from within the "MySAFRA" section.
 
 
15. The newsletters I received are unreadable. What's wrong?
   
  The email you have received in probably formatted in HTML or contains graphics that your email client doesn't support. There are two ways to fix this problem.
  1. Use an email program that supports HTML, such as Microsoft Outlook Express.
  2. Click on the given link at the newsletters' header to view the page.
 
 
16. Why am I receiving multiple copies of newsletters?
   
 
  1. You could have selected more than one newsletters type/category in your email preference.
  2. An overloaded problem at the Internet Service Providers' routers or servers could have trigger the multiple copies of the newsletters.
 
 
17. How long does it take to unsubscribe?
   
 
  1. Under normal circumstances, your unsubscribe request will be processed immediately if you unsubscribe via online.
  2. SAFRA requires up to 10 business working days to process your unsubscribe requests if you unsubscribe via other channels such as fax, email, etc.
 
 
18. How do I unsubscribe?
   
  First, you have to login to MySAFRA Account and select the Newsletters Management page, uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters you want to unsubscribe, and click "Submit".
